After many years in the design space at a public aquarium, I decided to return to school to get certified in art education. I’ve gained experience teaching in several schools while being a building substitute at Middlesex Middle School, teaching summer camps, and most recently student teaching in both high school and elementary.
During this time, I’ve developed an Arts & Culture Around the World curriculum - which combines project-based learning with art, design, science, nature, and how we interact with our environments. This program integrates experiential, interdisciplinary, multicultural education for many ages and learning styles.
Anticipated certification in Fall 2024.
